These guys are amazing! They came out not only the same day I contacted them, but they arrived only a couple hours after I contacted them. :). We moved into a home where the septic had never been pumped (30+ years) and started smelling septic out of the blue. We reached out to Sky Valley Pumper to see what their availability was. Chris was very responsive to my questions and even let us know when he was on his way so we could put the animals away and open the gate. He showed up when he said he would and looked at our septic right away before he started running his hoses. We thought we had the lids exposed, but we missed one. He helped us find it. Sky valley pumpers I called on sunday night around 6:30pm they came out at 8:15am Monday just like they said they would not 8:35 8:15 just like they said. They cleaned out my ceptic.
