These guys are amazing! They came out not only the same day I contacted them, but they arrived only a couple hours after I contacted them. :). The two that came to my place were very friendly and taught me a LOT about my septic system. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Another plus is that they charge by how much they remove from your tank, not just by the size of your tank. We moved into a home where the septic had never been pumped (30+ years) and started smelling septic out of the blue. We reached out to Sky Valley Pumper to see what their availability was. Chris was very responsive to my questions and even let us know when he was on his way so we could put the animals away and open the gate. He showed up when he said he would and looked at our septic right away before he started running his hoses. We thought we had the lids exposed, but we missed one. He helped us find it. Septic Inspection bright and early at my upcoming listing. In Washington, homes with septic systems must be pumped and inspected before home title can change ownership.
